MICA will help develop Singapore as a global city for the arts, and to inculcate interest and appreciation of arts, culture and knowledge, among Singaporeans for gracious living. Citizens from all walks of life will have access to a diverse range of arts and culture, which they can enjoy and actively participate in. We will encourage every citizen’s quest for knowledge to broaden the mind, develop a global outlook, and create ideas by connecting them to knowledge resources worldwide.
