| Job Description : |
You will provide admin support in the implementation of the Arts and Culture Development (ACDO) portal development, launch and operations for the Volunteerism platform. The key responsibilities include the following:
• Collate and Support the production of Information Pack (Information about the portal, volunteerism capabilities, FAQs, etc) for Beneficiaries
• Coordinate with agency to produce Marketing & Publicity materials for Volunteerism
• Process application submitted by beneficiaries for free listing of events for publicity and for volunteerism in the Portal
• Liaise with various Statutory Board programme owners (National Arts Council, National Heritage Board) for the data migration of volunteer information to the portal
• Liaise with various secondary and tertiary institutions for the Community Involvement Programme (CIP) for volunteerism
• Portal moderator for event and volunteerism content monitoring, approval and censorship
• Events management - support organisation of Advocacy events, activities under Arts and Culture Development Office etc
• CRM data management |

| Job Requirements : |
• A good university degree, preferably in Business Administration
• Diploma holder with at least 3 years of revelent working experience will also be considered
• Relevant working experience in administration, event management, project management and customer relations would be an advantage |

SENIOR MANAGER (ESTATE MANAGEMENT) |

| Job Description : |
You will be responsible for managing MICA Building to provide a conducive and safe working. You will ensure the efficient use of office resources and building facilities, and be responsible for managing MICA’s commercial spaces. You will also be required to discharge financial responsibilities as well as draft and review guidelines, policies and work processes concerning resources managed by the Unit. You will be required to manage a team to deliver quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders. |

| Job Requirements : |
- A good university degree.
- At least 2 years relevant working experience. Familiarity with government guidelines and work processes would be an advantage.
- Meticulous and possess good management, analytical and inter-personal skills |
