MICA released a consultation paper on 7 February 2007 to gather feedback from the industry and public on the draft Postal Services (Amendment) Bill. At the close of the consultation on 9 April 2007 , 4 responses were received. The consultation paper and responses are found in the links below. MICA thanks the respondents for their comments.

MICA is in the midst of giving careful thought to the comments received. The Postal Services (Amendment) Bill is the key component of the legislative and regulatory framework for the postal services sector, and these frameworks are expected to be fully implemented within this year.
